She prepared the area by applying numbing gel, then waited and asked me if it was numb; I said not yet, so she applied more gel and waited again before injecting the anesthesia, again she waited, THEN, tested my tooth to check if it was ready for drilling by shooting cold...
kim is always so thorough in her cleaning and gives encouragement with kind suggestions.
