I have to say getting braces put on for the first time ever was an amazing experience. And having Dr. Jignesh Patel and his assistant Krupa made the process a lot more enjoyable than it would've been. I'm treated just like family there :).
Yesterday was not my day for the braces adjustment.I love the staff but things were done incorrectly or not at all today. A bracket was popped off, wires not engaged and wiring on the top not done properly. This was a first and not the norm for sure.
Very nice atmosphere, very nice people, very nice dentist...bill...NOT Nice at all! Got an estimate of what would need to be done to help my child with his jaw pain and such and after a pretty extensive exams the estimate was $6000! There is No surgery, no braces, no major work, most of it therapy and it SHOULD include sticker price therapy for parents! Going to get another opinion!
I didn't get my tooth brush and mini tooth paste this time and I swallow some water during the process of cleaning so it will be better if the dentist can use the hose? Thing little more often.
