Waited about 15 minutes after appointment time to be called back. Other than that, the experience was excellent. The doctor worked on me himself to mitigate my wait time.
My experience was great! Tania was just so very patient with me...since I have a fear of any and all types of sharp objects. She let me know what was going on, what needed to be done before and after. Overall the experience was a 5, I would give it 4.5 stars(we cant give a 1/2 star here) only because it was a little expensive. My out of pocket for a deep cleaning(scaling) was $348. That is my only grief. Again Tania was just amazing with everything.
I've never been to a more friendly medical/dental office. Everyone is nice, helpful, patient and understanding. And let's face it... dental procedures are not fun to deal with. A wonderful staff makes unpleasant things seem much less unpleasant!
They make you feel so comfortable and everyone is super nice.
