New dentist was great. She answered all my questions and really helped improve things.
It was first time going to dentist for a while because of my nomadic life. So this was a big deal and exciting. However I arrived 15 mins late due to missing my stop whilst on the bus. The kind receptionist was sorry ….but she said I need to rebook because everyone is too busy. Within a few moments I guess one of the other staff over heard or something, and miraculously there was a dental technician who was available to see me. Joe was soooo attentive, caring and focused. I’m 31 years old and I dread the dentist growing up I didn’t have that installer in me like I should have and my teeth and gums got super sad after years went by and every cleaning I cling to my chair in pain and super scared but today I got someone by the name of Joe and I hands down recommend super kind super gentle and I didn’t feel much I don’t cry thank you so much I appreciate it!
Our family had to change dentists a little while ago. So glad I found Randhawa Dental. They have the latest in technology combined with gentle and competent dentists and hygienists. My younger son had a lot of fear in going to dentists, but here he's found that it's not something to be afraid of.
Came in for a routine 6-month clean up. I met Joe for the first time today who was my dental hygienist for the day. Fantastic service from him, as he was very informative and precise with his explanation of what was going on in my mouth. Explained what was good and not so good in my dental health. Gave me tips on how I could improve my overall health. I was very satisfied with the service.
Joe was relaxed, advised me as to what he was doing, checked information out. I would give him an A+
I think Joe was wonderful. Gentile and Kind. My teeth are sparkling clean. I hope I can see him again.
