Beyond exceptional service here at Silk City Dental. I quickly snagged an appointment last minute off of Zocdoc and was treated so nicely by everyone in the office. Starting with the receptionist who greeted me upon arrival and on my way out, she was very nice and patient. Then to the hygienist who was so kind to me, explained everything so that I understood and made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire appointment. My family and I all come to this office. I have been coming for over 20 years and have been very happy. I loved Dr. Hambrook and was worried when he left, but I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with the new doctor. The team as a whole is friendly, welcoming, and calming. As much as going to the dentist is not my favorite activity, I feel comfortable here and know they will do their best to make it as good as it can be.
Dr. Shah is a great dentist. He explains everything he is going to do. He was very sensitive to to my situation. He had some big shoes to fill and did the job above and beyond. The office is very friendly. The staff are all like family. I always enjoy going to the dentist.
Silk City Dental in Manchester is the place for you if you experience any form of dental anxiety! From the helpful and friendly front desk assistants (Kristi and Cameron), to the experienced and gentle hygienists & dental assistants (Amy, Julie, and Anne Marie), to their newly appointed dentist, Dr. Shah. Dr. Shah is extremely smart and intuitive when it comes to your teeth, gums, and other dental-related occurrences. He is preventative in his approach and takes the time you need to understand your dental care and hygiene.
I cannot say enough good things about Silk City Dental - everyone is so accommodating and so friendly, but more than that - everyone is so efficient and excellent with all the services provided. I moved downstate a few years ago, and now happily travel two hours round trip in order to stay with this practice. Every person you encounter is top-notch. They are really excellent!
