Dad is 91, has dementia/Alzheimers and is in a wheelchair. The Dr and staff took their time and explained everything to him so he remained calm and was able to follow directions and not panic for the impression required for new dentures. They do an awesome job!
I had the best teeth cleaningwith Dr. G. She really has a gentle touch and is very caring when it comes to painful areas. She explained my xrays very well and out together a very careful treatment plan, and explained first steps.
My experience at Pinole Hills Dental was wonderful. The ladies in the front were very friendly and made the check-in process so seamless and quick. Dr. Galustyan made me feel so comfortable about my visit. She explained what she was going to work on in a way that I could easily understand and allowed me to ask questions before starting any dental work. I’ve been coming to this dental office for sometime now and I can honestly say that all of their staff is very professional and kind hearted. Dr.G is very reassuring and you can tell that he definitely cares for her patients. The front staff is very nice and understanding and their assistants are very knowledgeable. Overall I would definitely recommend.
I had a very great experience with this office. I will suggest my family and friends to come here. Doctor G is very awesome with her diagnose. She explains detail throughly and very understandable. Plus she is a very honest doctor that will let you know if you really need work done.
