I had the same experience as some of these other reviews. I have always had my teeth cleaned at 5pm because they would accommodate my work schedule. After having an appt scheduled 4 mos in advance, I got rescheduled 3 times saying no one was available then. Then the last appt they cancel they inform me they have been sold and are not taking insurance right now. After they cancelled me on the day of my appt. And I have new insurance and rather than asking me, the lady was snarky and said "you don't have insurance". I am a ref... read more
Excellent experience. I needed a crown reset and they were able to accommodate me in less than 24 hrs. Staff was professional, the dentist and dental assistant were very competent and reassuring. Highly recommend David & Associates.
Probably the worst experience EVER!!!!!! Should have heeded the online reviews since Dr David passed away Made an appointment for a implant consult 2 days later they canceled and I rescheduled. It took a week for someone to answer the phone. I would leave message as instructed and no one called back. Today i get a call that they are canceling the new appointment and if I wanted to continue they are no longer in any insurance networks because they were acquired by a new company. Extremely disappointed. I was booked incorrectly after a tooth extraction for a permanent tooth implant. The dental assistant that caught the mistake was extremely kind and did everything she could to get me in for the final part of the procedure before Christmas. I was contacted and told 6 days before my appointment I would needs to be rescheduled because the office will be closed on my appointment date. Not the same practice as during Dr. David's time. Administratively, the place is run like a cheap dollar store. Everything is more expensive, they keep raising their prices and they don't have any in-network Insurance coverage for the D5 side of the house (yeah the splitting into two sides of the old JD practice was the worst business decision made).
