I called this practice because I was having severe pain and required an emergency visit. Within 20 minutes of the call I was at their location, in the chair having a triple extraction. The procedure took about 30 minutes from start to finish and the pain relief was instant. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the entire staff is and how seamless they made this process. I called this dental office with a complaint from some work that was done almost 2 years ago, not realizing that they took over for David and associates. Marion has by far the most amazing customer service I have experienced in years! They will have my business going forward. They did let me know that they will check my insurance to be sure they are in network and if they are, they have a lifelong client. I hope they are in my network.
Its genuinely crazy to me how you have “dr.strout” as your main photo he should be fired. The was he left my moms jaw partially paralyzed, and drilled all over so much he pretty much deteriorated her jaw. ontop of that he was walking around smelling like 10 bottles of liquor anytime he ever walked close enough to me it was so bad . there wasnt a single time i didnt walk myself straight to the back and find my mom because how bad this mans work was . he did so bad she ended up having to be a on a IV for 7 weeks . BEWARE: This business took over David and Associates AND THEIR WEBSITE, and most of the good reviews listed here are based on that provider. This new company did not let us know they are out of network after being a patient for over a decade. Staff is now extremely rude and the entire company seems only focused on money and cosmetic procedures- not patient care. I just had two cavities filled by Dr Jeff, he was great! He told me what he was doing every step of the way. His assistant Sham was amazing!! She assisted him perfectly and made me calm throughout the process. What an amazing team!!
