I had a wonderful experience during my visit yesterday as a new patient. The facility is beautifully designed and clean! The staff is polished, professional, and friendly. My lovely dental hygienist did an excellent job making me comfortable and was so thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Hybashi was straightforward and gave me a detailed breakdown of options for my concerns. I highly recommend this place, it's the best in Charlotte! 10/10

I had an amazing experience here from beginning to end. Kristen greeted be when I came in, Tamelia did my X-rays and Dr Chad saw me for my exam. This place is super clean and beautiful. They listened to me and took their time.
